49th turn is for you "so fast"?
At this session I was struggling with gold and mana too for first 20 turns. As for you I don't understand why you hadn't cleared nearest sites. Especially when you got naga units.
About units - for my leader stacks there was no any charming unit (druid hero is useless because there weren't sites with animals on my way). So only way to get good units is to buy them in the inns. So for that I use partisan specialization which gives you a discount in an inns. Only one lucky way to get T3 units - I had good relations with nearest Giant dwelling and could vassalize it very early. It gave me first quest to get T3 unit on 10-12th turn. But I missed it because of the map there - half of that dwelling's area was a water. After vassalization it started propose me quests with T3 reward each 3-5 turns. So I got 2 T3 Ogres at my main stack and 3 T3 at the second stack with necro hero. Finally somewhere after 30-35 turns I had enough mana to start summoning Sorcs units - 3 wyverns+1 watcher. At the end I could summon Node Serpents but it wasn't matter anyway
Though you're still pretty brave to take my throne
It was bad protected on that moment because I lost my third city with good incomings because of Archon roamings with 1 T4 and 2 Casters. So I had to buy T3 dwarf in the inn nearby and move almost all units from throne to clear that city.

I was struggling with money all the game and I only got 2 cities... the Naga Warriors were all mission rewards.
I always struggle with my economy. How do you have so many cities and troops so fast?

Good choice to use naga warriors. But you should accent your attention on class skills - this time on Rogue skills. I don't know did you research building bards or not. But I didn't see any bards in your armies. Charming for Rogue heroes and bard units is one of the main strength for this class
