Resuming turn-based Hotset/PBEM Matches (Community)

In Hotseat/PBEM Matches you often see players not finding their current
turn number or the order to play in. They usually had to find it out by
themselves or by asking other players. In several cases, this was only a matter of the
timezones everybody is in.

Starting from now, the turn order will be searched automatically. This is
based on every player setting his correct playtime including the timezone in his
or her profile. While we know that humans are superior to machines in choosing the
settings, this feature should ensure that players do not have to find out the current
turn number or order.

The standard timeframe for players will be set from 8 P.M. to 12 A.M. (evenings from 20:00 - 24:00).
We implemented a notice for players to set a usual playtime in their profiles, or
re-check and update the setting if they already did so.

As soon as the last players has joined, the Resume Match will be created
and set the turn order for position 1 to "".
