I am left without words... Did you realize that a PBEM tournament will last several months? It's supposed to last 12 months (6 rounds * 2 months).

Anyway, it looks like we now have to look for another reserve player!

masterboja, could you please confirm you're still interested? Ix329 is in theory first before you but didn't confirm to me on Steam he was still interested (we had a small chat) so I think you're now first.

Lck doesn't seem to understand how to host a game and hasn't replied our latest MP. So I suggest we give him 24 hours and then replace him by a reserve player if he hasn't shown up.

Ok! Redil answered my PM today and said he is quite busy with work. I asked him if it would changed in the next month, as he would still have time to play the match.

Still no news from MrRoivas and Lck. To be confirmed with Markymark but I think we should give them 48 hours, maximum 72 hours, to show up here, otherwise, their seats will be given to players in the reserve list.

I contacted Redil when I joined this site if he was interested in an 1 vs 1 as we played a duel before I joined this site as well and it was very close.

He didn't respond for a few days and then after a while he replied that he was very busy with work until atleast the end of the year and that he would contact me again in January.

Jonny Thunder rejoined the reserve list! So in case of no show, we have players to take over.
EDIT: Also, the 2 following players receive warnings for non-eliminatory breach of the rules: Blackcat - Did not send his class / race before the beginning of the match and did not publish the screenshots of the settings (which seem to be wrong, including medium map) for round 2 @both: please pay attention to this next time so that the tournament can continue in good conditions <smiletext0> Thanks in advance for your help in making this a successful and enjoyable event! @all: if you are unavailable to play during Christmas / New Year or at any other period, no problem. Just warn the host of your game enough time in advance and he has to remove the turn timer or put it at a length that prevents you from missing your turns.
See rule 3:
"If one player temporarily cannot play his turns in 24 hours (e.g. because of holidays, or personal issues), and warn the host reasonably in advance, then the host should temporarily change the turn timer to accommodate him."

@8 players tournament:

Please check your match (you can also access it through the menu "My AOW3 Games" at the top of the screen), and:

  • send your class / race to the judges: Markymark or me (if I'm not mistaken I received only xlnt so far)

  • for the host (the first player in the game page, the player on top in the roster), post screenshots of the settings, in windowed mode so that we can see date / time; the best is to post them in your game page

@8 players tournament:
Ok everyone! The 8 players tournament is ready to start, with 8 players who joined officially! I don't know exactly who is "No Life" the 8th player but I'll send him a PM so that he joins here too.

Markymark will generate the matches today I think. Then we need you to send Markymark and / or me your class / race for this round (please see the rules for the details). When matches are generated, you will see who hosts (the player on top in the roster: http://www.the-battlefield.co... The hosts need to take screenshots of the settings and post them so that his opponent and judges can see them.

@8 players tournament:
Skuns453Lirik902 joined, though I'm not sure he is a bot or not (with such a name oO) and he didn't join the player pool. So maybe we need only 1 more player, maybe still 2. I tried to add Ix329 and Jonny Thunder on Steam, no feedback yet. If you know them, please contact them.

@participants of 16 players tournament:
- as Markymark said, the games are ready! The player on top in the roster (and first in the match page) is the host.
- please check that your opponent sent his class / race to the judge(s) (ask him) so that we avoid any issue
- for the host: please remember to post screenshots of the settings before the match starts. Please use windowed mode to take the screenshot (so that we can see the date; of course, it can be cheated but that's better than nothing). The screenshots are there also to avoid mistakes, not only to avoid cheating.
