Posts to the game:

Kwibus somehow managed to attack my forces at his captured capitol and won the autobattle vs what i considered (my) better forces. I could have moved 3 stacks and not 2, but he managed to 'hide' how much army he had and that was lessons n1 and n2. I managed to recover and captured his fancy fay dwelling and moved on to attack the capitol again - just in time for lesson n3. His much bigger army was possitioned just a turn away from the capitol and the turn after i took it - i got hacked by a much bigger and better army. I suicide attacked the next and last turn with my last stack and surrendered. Very good game - thanks Kwibus.

Re... There was a bug in the tournament tree: Kwibus won the previous match but the system let xlnt go to the next round. It has been corrected.

So, sorry xlnt but you're actually eliminated from the tournament.

Well done Kwibus!

Could you please update your class / race here by editing the report? That's for the stats.

Confirmed by Kwibus
Xlnt came at me rather fast and my leader/stacks were a 2-3 turns away from reaching my city he captures, but I had quite solid stacks. While xlnt had 2 to knights evolved cavalry I allready had quite a few gold medals and 3 faeries joined my side. I managed to kick him out of my city (not my capital as xlnt thinks. He never touched my capital <smiletext0> ) I had severe losses, but 1 hero, 3 faeries and 2 gold medal Draconian elders survived. After that I had my cap producing a bunch of elders and my 2nd city made some crusaders.

My leader/hero stacks started clearing some treasure sites again when xlnt returned again. Again very fast, but when I saw his 2 stacks I wasn't afraid. I knew that I was stronger so why the hell did he attack? Why attack when he has to walk his way to me while I keep out pumping units. Well not my problem. He didn't find my stacks until it was too late for him. I killed his leader and his units and he surrendered.

Gg xlnt!

Strange game imo. Somehow never felt comfortable or doing well, but somehow won.

p.s. Is it still possible for me to add race/class ?

Good game Kwibus, nice move at the end!

I did a suicide attack and surrendered - no point in wasting time. I learned some tricks from my opponent and it was a fun game. Good luck with the rest of the Tournament!

Sure I will <smiletext0>

sure - but now i'll have to try tactics - not brute force );

i'm also confident that you're not intimidated by what i might have ): haha

you managed to hide the size of your forces pretty well - when this is over i'd appreciate it if you write a word or two about how the game went from your perspective.

Great battle Kwibus - the game starts again (; i thought i had it...

p.s. Were not too slow. They were just asking, we still have a month and I doubt the game is still running in a month.

I'm also just crap at 1n1 and it's something I just don't really like. Certainly not because of the way PBEM currently is evolving.

Strong guards can be a bit troublesome early game, but only in the really eaaaarly game.
Maybe we need very strong guard or normal guard. Strong just seems to be ideal to xp whore.

Sorry if we're too slow - we manage a turn a day i'd say and seems like the 'hard' guards setting is once again playing the joke it is.
The guards are never strong when a player controls the battle,
but they are surely giving a lot more exp., and my 2 knights are having their way with the map );
i mean raping. the map.

Turn 19 and it could be over pretty soon actually <smiletext0>

You still have about a month, it should be fine. What turn are you currently?

user
Published on Thu, 01 Jan 1970 01:00:00 +0100

Yes everything is fine. We play a turn atleast once a day.
Not extremely fast, but were getting there. When is the deadline?

Hi there! You're the last match of your round, is everything going well?

Published on Thu, 01 Jan 1970 01:00:00 +0100

It looks like I have to meet one of you at the next round   So xlnt, you should win to fight in a rematch with me  <smiletext1>

Ok so there is not "reload" in the email sent to say a new turn is available? You didn't get the "ironman" notification?
Then there is no issue. Uploads fail sometimes but that's not an issue.

user
Published on Thu, 01 Jan 1970 01:00:00 +0100

Actually it did not give me a reload warning, but I posted this just to be sure <smiletext1>

Hi! Usually when upload fails, it does not trigger a reload warning. Are you sure that happened?

(also, you can reduce the size of the picture in Paint when you paste it, so that we don't have a huge picture to download )

user

It's not much proof since I could have that image on my computer whenever I want, but I don't know how I could get more proof. This is the reason I had to reload the game and end my turn once again.

It's ok without the unifier as xlnt agrees with it.
I thought I received your class / race too but couldn't find it back and hadn't noted it. Now it's ok. You can start.

user
Published on Thu, 01 Jan 1970 01:00:00 +0100

I send class/race to you Hiliadan. If you didn't receive it let me know.
To be sure I'll just send it again.

p.s. Since xlnt doesn't care about Unifier is it ok to just leave it like this?

user
Published on Thu, 01 Jan 1970 01:00:00 +0100

I'll join when the race/class is confirmed/received by a judge - don't care about the unifier victory really.

user

Hi! You forgot unifier victory. And not sure judges have your class / race? (cannot check right now)
