Confirmed by Imperium
I confirm. I lost two important units in the beginning, and never could catch up with HellBrick's excellent development.

Congratulations to the win HellBrick!

For Imperium, the reason we asked HellBrick about the notification in email and on server, is that we didnt want to give you a warning for a false message. And since he confirmed there was indeed no restart, your warning was removed.

For whatever reason, this page has classes/races backwards. I played human theocrat and Imperium played orc warlord, like it says here

Thanks ! Anyway it would have been quite stupid from a cheater to report a notification indicating that he has cheated, woudn't it ?

Ok, after a good intuition from marcus, I asked Hellbrick to check his email notifications to see if the "reload" was indeed displayed and it was not! So there was indeed no reload and it was indeed the bug of "notification on 1st load". <smiletext0> It's quite random, sometimes it displays a "reload", sometimes it doesn't. In any case, it's important to report it to devs so that they take action on it.

So you can continue and no warning for Imperium.

Done.

Ok but can you report that to the devs on the forum I indicated earlier? Together with the other details I mentioned and anything you can think can be useful. We need to show them it's serious and frequent.

Please re-read the rules: https://www.the-battlefield.c... />"8. When awaiting judges’ decision (as soon as his opponent requests arbitration), the host must remove the turn timer and may need to revert turns to come back to the situation existing prior to the issue being judged."

In all case of reload notification, you need to stop playing and wait for green light from judges to start again. It's a bit annoying but that avoids issues. I am waiting for marcuspers and Fistandantilus' feedback.
The saves are here: C:\Users\[user name]\Documents\My Games\AoW3\Profiles\[AoW3 account name]\PBEM
Then check the .txt to find your game. The name of the file is its ID. The file is the .apg

How can I get the mentioned information : game ID, size if the save game (where is it ?) etc. ?

I clicked on continue and played my turn, then HellBrick played his turn, then I played my turn again (without any error message this time) before I saw your message Hiliadan. I have removed the turn timer for now.

Yes, that is a known bug. Could you please report to the devs here http://aow.triumph.net/forums... />PBEM game ID? Size of the save? Time when the turn was ready and time when you tried to open it? Recent internet connection issues?

Please remove turn timer and wait for judges' feedback.

Thanks

How come I have this error message (see below) when I loaded the game tonight ?

It's not critical so you can continue.  We'll clarify for round 2.

Game started but I think I have made a mistake somewhere since it looks like I was the first to play. I could not see any option to define the play order though, any clue ?

Please click here to read the rules.

In order to avoid advantaging one team or the other, for each match, the team who will host the match was randomly selected. The first team in the "turn order" above (who is also the team on top in the tree here must host the game.

Any of the players in the team can host. The host must play in #2 position in the turn order (please check rules for more details).

According to the rules, the maximum number of heroes should be set to 2, not 3. I'd prefer to follow the default here, so would you mind adjusting this setting?
