Hi guys, 

I have some issues with the electricity, basically had started the other game and 2x had PC powered off. will have to wait it out (make my turns later), while situation stabilizes.

I think these are only lore-like extras on the map, there is no way to get them. I think they are just put in so you can fight them and get their loot, I don't think there is a way to win them over for you. But you may be right and there is a trigger. Also, everyone only has one leader, I'm afraid and no heroes.

i think there are Triggers on map, but i think no one know how to use it.

Normally i shall have 2-3 heroes with Gondor....for example boromir. but have only my leader.

I see a complete stack with gandalf, but how to get it? What is with a ring?

That is true, the game's rng (i.e. Smaug) went hard on Dain. Else I'd probably be dead already.
The problem is, that the game started with fractions win war/peace and thus forced certain positioning. But yes, the way it is now it is unbalanced. I don't know how to best solve this issue, though or how to create teams that are more balanced now that the game is already running
