I've posted an update to Steam.  This update more/less destroys the Wall around turn 30 and that allows the AI Night's King to invade south.  The AI is highly unpredictable.

I'll look into the Night's King.  I thought I fixed the diplomacy, maybe I didn't upload to Steam.  I'll check into that.  I could put AI blockers on the water ways to prevent the AI from using them.  And then release them at turn 30.  I also could remove boat building from the AI, too.  Not sure how that would work, considering Esteros.  But, thematically it seems accurate.

Wow, that may be a bit too strong!
No news from Gilafron yet, I suggest that he nerfs it a little while he checks the issue with his diplomatic status. The Night's King should not attack before turn 30.

I re-hosted but now it looks like the White Walkers are not in a team any more (they were in team IV) so not sure if they are at war with everyone?

I pseudo-fixed the Night's King bug.  Very odd.  I just set him as playable as A.I. or human.  We'll have to remember to set him as A.I.  Game re-upload (along with an atmospheric description).  I didn't change city founding so as to give each game the choice.  But, I agree it probably should be disabled.  I don't know what effect that has on razed cities.

In don't care if i play stark or tyrell. Tyrell would be my preverred.

So should we wait with joining? Should we join in a defined order to optimize the runtime?

Just to let you guys know I will be on vacation from may 10th to may 17th. I will be taking the family to Disney. I should be able to take my laptop, so I should be able to play a few turns at night if I am not too tired. Though I may not be able to keep a good pace during that time.

Looks like we have a bug, Night's is playable only by human whereas it should be playable only by AI. oO I checked and he is ok in Single player but when I load him in PBEM, I cannot choose an AI for him.
Gilafron, could you please check that? (+ I don't know if you can change this, but I would suggest to make "City founding" unchecked by default, and if possible to make it impossible, though I don't know how it impact rebuilding razed cities?)

Guys, Gilafron updated Westeros yesterday, I didn't see it (the naughty boy, he didn't post here)! It looks like the map is gonna rock! The Greyjoy will be so fun to play now with Fast Embark!!

I replaced Blackcat by Gilafron. Blackcat, if you're still interested, please let us know, I can add you back as 7th player.

Gilafron confirmed he made some modifications to the map today and will do others tomorrow. When the map is ready, I can start hosting it. As I've currently 4 games, I'd still like to wait until at least one is finished (probably the SeeR's tournament one when gab eventually crushes me!) before starting this one.

If we are 6, sorry Gilafron but you'll have to pick one of the House of Westeros, and not Queen Daenerys!

Ah Lykus, you're alive! So who do you want to play?

Yes, Deepwood Motte may boost Stark but it gives an opportunity for plundering to the Greyjoy, so it can be balanced if the Greyjoy play well.
Flints Fingers as a fortress can also increase interactions between Starks and Greyjoy, good idea.
