This could have been a realy good match. I've seen most of Henry's army and it was not that weak! 3 elite-mammoths, 3 phantasm warriors and other frostling stuff. I was ahead regarding leader and hero level but the army strenght was not that different. Sad story that he quitted.

I took a deep breath and it's still annoying if someone signs in for a tournement and did not show up for more than 3 weeks. I can't contact him on steam because he is not in my friendlist.

Waiting does not cause you any harm. And trying to add a turn timer is trying to win by skipping his turns. Just take deep breath and you'll see there is nothing to be sick about.
But still, please try to contact him. The job is not be all on the judges' shoulder.

Marcus and I are also trying to contact him. If no answer, we'll try to find a replacement but now it's too late to replay the game anyway.

Sorry Hili, you on the wrong way. I am not trying to win this game because of skipped turns. I wouldn't have a problem at all if Henry wrote something why he needs more time or give any reason for not playing for 3 weeks. But there is absolutely nothing from him. I am just sick of waiting...

Look at the rules, it says judges decisions are final.
The fact that you didn't try to contact him is just anti-fairplay and is also going against judges' requests.

And I think you don't really understand all the work we are doing to make tournaments work, it's more than 50% about contacting players to make them play their turns, etc.
And for Henry, it's obviously not that he lost interest in this specific tournament game, but something deeper.

Trying to win by having an opponent skip turns is not something I can accept, sorry.

Have a look at the rules guys.

Turn timer = 1 day (activate only after the 1st turn is played)

Henry did not show up for 3 weeks. He has clearly lost interest in that game. I can't understand why you invest energy and time if a player obviously don't want wo continue.

And no, I havn't contacted him on steam. I don't need to beg someone to play and you shouldn't do that too.

I wrote Henry on discord, will update this post if he replies.
He is very slow in making his turns, it was a similar story in the 2v2 tournament.

Please remove turn timer. Adding it doesn't make the game "not decided by score", it makes it decided by skipping Henry's turn.
Did you send him a PM on the BF? Added on Steam? Other means?

Again nearly a week has passed without any reactions from Henry. I don't want this game to be decided by score and therefore put the turn timer on again.

Hi, please wait a bit to get an answer from Henry, it doesn't make sense to just have him skip turns and win like that. I tried to contact him on Steam but didn't get an answer yet. Please try to contact him too and remove the turn timer in the meantime, there is still time to finish the game.

As I said I enabled the turn timer. Henry missed his last turn but I will continue anyways. There was enough time to repeat to my former posts. Sad story because the game was just at a point where our main armys met the first time.

Game has started but I am on a trip until sunday and won't be able to do a turn. I'll disable the timer for that reason.

In order to avoid advantaging one team or the other, for each match, the team who will host the match was randomly selected.
The first team in the "turn order" above (who is also the team on top in the tree here) must host the game.

Any of the players in the team can host.

When players do not show up for their match, the Tournament Judges have the right to change the match!

Yeah, I wasn't given the chance to choose my leader class/race either. It looks like you did the Random option instead of the Customize Leader option. I should have noticed that in the screen shots...

I think I forgot to choose race and class after rehosting the game. I'll have a look at it when it's my turn. Maybe I'll continue if the combination is not too bad.
