Apologies everyone... I just finished moving this past weekend and it seems there are some issues with handing off the old place that will require me to be there in person. I will be traveling tomorrow (Thursday) and should be back by Saturday.

I will bring my laptop and may even be able to play my turns as normal, but until I get back I will need to stop the turn timer just in case... Sorry for that, I know we were all just getting back into it

I changed the turn order to match the rules, so Longinus and I will be #2 and #4 in the turn order since I'm hosting. If we're all cool with the settings and turn order, I'll start the match and turn timer on Sunday

Hi!
So, $eeR and Lck got a score malus for not providing the videos of the crash of $eeR and not communicating with judges (even sending the turn to personian without judges knowing). The issue lasted 19 days so the malus was applied over 19 days. As announced some months ago in the Tournament Player Pool, judges had agreed on score malus for each day of delay in a game. Those malus were applied, with a higher malus after 10 days of delay. As a consequence, the combined score of $eeR and Lck was reduced and, after this reduction, they lost by score to SleepingDog and personian.

This is quite sad that the game was decided by score because it didn't progress fast enough. It's even more sad that the victory is also decided by malus due to delays. Hopefully from now on, we won't have such issues in the 2vs2 Tourney...

@all: please update the class/race in the report.
@SleepingDog and personian: please get ready for next game and let's start it ASAP so that we are able to finish it.

Hi! personian took only the screenshot of the global score. We need the other scores (military, research, domain).

Did you plan to continue this game after? If not, then @personian: please end your turn. And @the next player (Lck I think), please surrender at the beginning of turn and take screenshots of the missing scores WHILE PLACING THE SLIDER ON THE PREVIOUS TURN. We want the score on the turn personian surrendered, not the next turn.
Then @Lck: please send the screenshots to judges (marcuspers, Jonny Thunder and me) by private message.

Hi! It should be personian's turn now. @personian: please follow these instructions ASAP, we've already waited way too long for your game:
1/ AFTER the deadline, the strategic turn is played until the last player in the turn order
2/ that player plays his turn, saves & quits, copy the save game to a backup folder
3/ that player re-enters the game and surrenders, then takes screenshots of all the scores. He does NOT end the turn. Instead he quits the game without ending the turn.
4/ he sends the screenshots to judges (Marcus, Jonny and me)
5/ judges check the scores and take a decision

I have not seen the overall score, but I did see your (and Personian's ) armies marching towards us and dare to say, that the forces he and I have are no less than the ones you had  So I believe military scores should be close.

The scores are taken after you surrendered, which doesn't matter since you don't lose points when you giving up.

But why you where curious about the scores? We have expanding vs no expanding, not a surprise that you win by score.

Hi! Ok SleepingDog, so you get no warning. However, the best would have been to do as I indicated: pause the game (remove the timer) and ask to judges what's best to do. And then you would in the end be able to play your turn instead of skipping it.

I felt like I did not understand the implications of the tourney settings till was in the game,,,,,It thru me off a lot, but hopefully not so in future games, I am not the most competitive play person but want to get better so it was a good learning experiance....Nice match
