Game started!
I'm not very proud on my configurations. It was the first random map I created. Everyone seam to have a strong army from the start. So, there will be some rough fights very early in the game.

Haven't thought about simultaion turn, because I never played it before.

I think we make some experience and learn some new stuff though.

p.s: as mentioned, I'll be on vacation teh next two weeks but I'll try to do my turns as fast as I can.

Zytozid, for me it is ok. You are welcome to join. The worst case is, that your turn is skipped after two days... It would happen to me, there could be something worse for me.

StarFish, with the steam version, it is that easy Zytozid have showen.
I have a GOG version and need to download with a trick made possible by this side.


http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/ -> place the mod in your user libery ~/Documents/MyGames/AOW3/"gamecontent". That was it. the launcher will extract everything for you.

One problem Darthi: I will be on vacation from October 29th to November 11th. I can't guarantee (although I think it will work) that I will be able to do turns every 2 days during this time, maybe I need 3 or 4. Should I still join or should I skip this game?

The host is Darth Lucanus and you need the balancing mod ver 1.21
I configuratred 2 days for your turn.
For me it is ok with your experience. The situation 2 players attacking you randomly, should be still a hard <smiletext1>

i searched the game yesterday, didnt find it.. i will try today to see if i can, how much time i have to do my turn? 

about my experience in AOW3, i played 99.9% SP(540 hours).

doing RMG games, beat emperor 1v1, couple of times king.. and most of the time played lord(i like the slow exploring)

but for MP i played maybe 2 half games, and never PBEM.. i'm sure againts other human its other story..

Of course it could be fun but on the other hand there is no chance for players to learn from each other. I have no problem with the settings. ;-)
